Big B 'under scanner' at Lilavati Hospital

Mumbai, Oct 11: Amitabh Bachchan, according to latest reports is now shifted to Lilavati Hospital and will be 'under scanner' for few days. Big B developed severe stomach pain when he was celebrating his 66th Birthday with family member at his home.

When contacted, Radiology Department of Nanavati Hospital said X-ray of his stomach and chest were taken and the actor left the hospital at around 1240 hrs (IST). Amitabh's daughter Shweta, son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya accompanied him to the hospital.

Not a desired start of his 66th Birthday, both Amitabh Bachchan and his family and friends may think... A wave of panic spread through Mumbai as Bollywood mega star Amitabh Bachchan was taken to the Nanavati Hospital on Saturday, Oct 11 morning following complaints of stomach pain.

But, the whole drama came to end soon as it turned out to be his 'regular check-up'.... and he returned back home. The doctors advised him complete rest. Bachchan had no shoots lined up for Saturday. Fans are reported to have gathered outside the hospital.
