UNI chief visits Baba Balak Nath Temple in Hamirpur

Hamirpur, Oct 10 (UNI) United News of India Chief Editor and General Manager Arun Kumar Bhandari today visited the world famous religious shrine of Baba Balak Nath at Deotsidh in Hamirpur district and paid his obeisance.

He was accompanied by his wife and other family members. Temple Officer Madan lal Sharma received Mr Bhandari at the temple and presented him a momento. Mr Bhandari also paid courtesy call to Mahant Rajinder Giri.

It was the first visit of Mr Bhandari to Himachal Pradesh after taking over as the chief of the news agency.

Meanwhile, former HP Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today rang up Mr Bhandari and congratulated him for taking over as the reigns of the UNI. He expressed the hope that the organisation under the leadership of Mr Bhandari would grow further.
