ICICI customers can now access from DishTV

Mumbai, Oct 8: DishTV customers can now access information on ICICI Bank products and services on their TV screens. Essel Group's direct-to-home service provider, DishTV announced the launch of 'ICICIACTIVE", an interactive banking service on Tuesday, Oct 7. This initiative comes on the heels of DishTV"s strategic tie-up with matrimonial site Shaadi.com in July this year.

The ICICIACTIVE will include information on EMI amount on various loans, eligibility criteria, documentation, and time required for processing a request, ICICI Bank"s ATM and branch locators, etc. Information related to these products and services would be shown along with a toll free customer service number that viewers can call and apply or seek further information on a product of their choice. It will allow potential customers to be pre-informed of the services, which will lead to faster processing and delivery.

Speaking on the association, Salil Kapoor, COO, DishTV, said, “We are extremely pleased to join hands with ICICI Bank to bring another first to the market – banking information on TV – for our 3.94 million subscribers across the country. With such innovative services, DishTV is now taking TV viewing to a whole new level of viewer engagement. We look forward to such innovations with like-minded corporates."

The association with DishTV will enable us to further extend our reach and offer latest information to customers.
