Complaint against Raje withdrawn; FIR to be lodged against Gaj Singh
Jodhpur, Oct 6 (UNI) Even as the complaint lodged before a local court here against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, sitting BJP MP Jaswant Bishnoi and others was withdrawn , the city court ordered filing of an FIR against Gaj Singh and others in connection with the Chamunda Temple stampede case.
In a complaint against scion of Jodhpur royal family, Gaj Singh, Jodhpur Collector, Superitendent of Police and other officials, Judicial Magistrate Devendra Bhati today directed filing of an appropriate FIR and due investigation.
The complaint was filed by Mohammad Ali which made parties to Mr Gaj Singh, Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Jodhpur Collector, Superintendent of Police, Chief Medical and Health Officer(CMHO) and other concerned officials.
Earlier, the complainant, Gajendra Singh, an injured in the mishap who lost one of his brothers in stampede, today sought the Magistrate's permission to withdraw his complaint against Raje, Kararia, Gaj Singh and Mr Bishnoi.
