Fight terrorism and defeat divisive forces: Sonia
Panipat, Oct 2 (UNI) UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi today called for an united fight against terrorists as well as those who were trying to divide the society in the name of terrorism.
''Some people are trying to create an atmosphere of terror by acts of terrorism in the country. They are the enemies of the nation. Some people are trying to take political mileage out of these incidents and trying to divide the society. That's what the enemies of the nation want to achieve,'' Ms Gandhi said while addressing the 'Samajik Kranti' rally here after launching Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojna of the Haryana government to give 100 sq yard free plots to the Scheduled Caste, Backward class (A) and BPL families.
Ms Gandhi said people should try to understand the motives of those who wanted to divide the society in the name of terrorism.''Beware of them and try to defeat them, she said.'' In UPA chairperson said terrorism was a national problem and the people of the country should unite and fight it out.
