President offers ration to various institutions on Id-ul-Fitr

New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Showing special gesture and her participation in the festival of Id-ul-Fitr, Pratibha Devisingh Patil will be sending woolens and ration like rice, ghee, dal and sugar to various institutions in Delhi.

A Rashtrapati Bhawan release today said the President had decided to send woolens and ration to "Bachchon Ka Ghar, Bachiyon Ka Ghar, Madarsa Islamika Hifzulquraan, Zakat Foundation of India, Hope Foundation, Association for Advancement and Rehabilitation of Handicapped, Delhi Cheshire Home and Arya Mahila Aashram, to share her joy on Id-ul-Fitr, to be celebrated throughout the country tomorrow.
