Participants from all over India would compete in envisioning and designing educational technologies for the future, a GREedge release said here. They can submit their entries at the IIT Madras campus during the five-day festival beginning Wednesday, Oct 1. Participants of 'EDGEucation Next' would have to create a poster bringing out their imagination, concept, and design for a futuristic version of personalised education.
''The theme can be Books of the Future, Classrooms of the Future or Handheld Learning Devices for the College Student.'' Qualified posters would be displayed at the IIT-Madras Campus during the 'Shaastra-2008' Festival.
All participants would receive a problem statement and poster design kit at the IIT Madras Campus or on the GREedge.com website.
The overall winner with the best design will receive a laptop as the prize.
