Mumbai, Oct 1 : Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra unveiled the costume of their forthcoming film, 'Drona' in Mumbai on Monday evening.
The film is produced by Shrishti Arya and directed by Goldie Behl.
Behl's film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Kay Kay Menon and Jaya Bachchan.
Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan who essays the role of Drona in the film said that he liked the subject when Behl narrated him the script.
"I really liked the story of Drona, when Goldie narrated it to me. I really liked the subject and told him that whether you cast me or not but please make the film because I would love to watch this film in the theatre," said Abhishek.
Drona is the modern tale of one man's spectacular voyage through the labyrinths of mystic myths and legendary legacies. As good and evil clash in this contemporary fantasy fable, a breathtaking journey beckons one into a world of mythical heroes and malicious magicians, of cunning curses and absolute innocence.
Talking about the characters in the film actor Priyanka Chopra said that no character of the film was inspired by any one and one will come to know after watching the film.
"Our characters in the films whether they are of Drona, Riz Raizada or that of Sonia and other characters in the film are not inspired by any one. You will come to know this once you watch the film," said Chopra.
Vaibhav Modi has penned the lyrics of the film, while Dhruv Ghanekar has given the music of the film.
The film is releasing on October 2.
