Sushil claimed that the UNMIN has never spoken for rehabilitation of displaced people, returning of the properties seized by Maoists during the insurgency and effective implementation of the agreements and understanding reached with Maoists in the past. He was speaking to media persons in Kathamandu. He raised objection to the proposed induction of all Maoist combatants into the Nepali Army and reiterated that the integration of the Maoist combatants must be done on the basis of their experience.
He also said that the Nepali Congress will not form any militant youth wing like the Young Communist League (YCL) and the Youth Force.
He said Nepali Congress's existing youth wing Tarun Dal is enough to counter the unruly activities of Maoist's youth wing.
He further said that his party would now begin a nationwide discussion for a new Constitution and form of federalism in Nepal, Nepalnews reported.
