Lindsay's 'album tribute to Samantha' demand infuriates record company bosses
London, Sep 30 : Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has left her record company bosses fuming by demanding her new album artwork to be scrapped so that she can pay tribute to lover Samantha Ronson.
According to sources, the 'Mean Girls' actress had earlier included a cloaked dedication to Ronson - the album was dedicated to 'Problem Solver' - but now Lohan wants it to be changed to Samantha (following the public announcement of their lesbian relationship).
Lohan wants to get rid of any kind of facade and wants the album to be out rightly dedicated to her lover Samantha Ronson.
"Sam has had a huge influence on the record," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
"The artwork was finalised before Lindsay had gone public with the relationship, so she concealed the tribute. Now it will name Samantha directly," the source added.
Apparently the bosses are also having a tough time keeping the album, 'Spirit In The Dark' due to be released in November under wraps, as Ronson has been playing the tracks from the album at DJ gigs.
