5 Haryana cities chosen for WB sewerage project
Chandigarh, Sep 30 (UNI) Five cities of Haryana--Bhiwani, Mahendergarh, Aasand, Thanesar and Ambala City--have been selected under the Pilot Project Plan of World Bank for sewerage system.
Giving the details, an official spokesman said an estimated amount of Rs 350 crore would be spent on these cities under this project of World Bank.
He said the World Bank team would soon visit Bhiwani.
An amount of about Rs six crore was spent on the sewerage and drinking water arrangement during the last year.
