Jaipur, Sept 27 : Following the low-intensity blast on Saturday in Delhi's Mehrauli, the Australian cricket team management is updating the security scenario in the country.
Media Manager of the Australian team Matthew Slade said here today that Cricket Australia (CA) had not given any instruction to the team management and that they would act only after getting them.
Slade said, "I don't have any details of the blasts nor do I think CA would be able to react immediately. They would wait for details. So, I can't say anything now."
"If we have to do anything besides the normal security drill we will do only after getting instructions," he added.
However, the team's security officer Frank De Massey was seen inspecting the Sawai Mansingh Stadium ground, where the visiting team is playing against Rajasthan Cricket Academy's Centre of Excellence team.
Meanwhile, Krishnamachari Srikkanth, the former Indian skipper and opening batsman has been selected as the new chairman of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) selection committee.
