Ricoh to strengthen products portfolio in Goa

Ricoh west region sales training and marekting manager Mr Dnyanesh Mahajan, speaking to media persons here, said that with a present market share of 27 per cent in the B &W A3 MFP market, it has held a strong presence in the Government and commerical segments in Goa, adding in a portfolio including A3 and A4 digital copier, multifunctional printers (B &W and colour), digital copy printers, colour printers, wide format printers products, document managment solutions and variable data Printing solution, which will be displayed at the two-day ECAP exhibition starting on Saturday, Sep 27.

Mr Mahajan said, ''It is our endeavour to rapidly build a dominant presence by expanding in certain untapped segements in this growing state and increase our share to close to around 30 per cent by the end of this fiscal year." Ricoh is the first office automation company certified to confirm to ISO service standares (ISO 9001-2000). Its dealer network extends to over 150 dealers, with 140 plus dealer service engineers and presence in remote areas, small cities and large metros.
