Court rejects Abdul Rehman's bail plea
New Delhi, Sept 24 (UNI) A Delhi court today rejected the bail application of Abdul Rehman, caretaker of L-18 Jamia House, where an encounter between the terrorists of Indian Mujahideen and the Delhi Police took place.
According to the prosecutiuon, Abdul Rahman, who is working in Public Works Department (PWD) had forged the signature on the lease agreenment and used a duplicate rubber stamp of Jamia Police station on the police verification form.
Metropolian Magistration Sudesh Kumar, after hearing the arguments on behalf of the prosecution and defence on the bail application today, ordered that the matter is now in initial stages and the application cannot be allowed at this crucial stage.
