London, Sep 23 : Soccer ace David Beckham is all set to join the A-listers in the Mirror's Pride of Britain Awards.

Beckham will soon be surprising a brave teenager, who risked his own life to save a stranger.

The 33-year-old will be joining more than 100 celebs, including Prince Charles, who will honour the Britain's unsung brave heroes this year.

"It's an honour. To hear the stories of so many wonderful people is extremely humbling," the Mirror quoted Beckham, as saying.

Pride of Britain 2008 - sponsored by The Co-operative will be featured on ITV1.
