MP: UNICEF model hand pumps for schools
Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Sep 23: In order to provide potable water to the students, 268 handpumps of UNICEF model would be installed in as many schools in nine blocks of this district. Official sources said on Tuesday, Sep 23 the government has approved more than Rs 1 crore in this direction.
A total of 58 handpumps would be set up in Dharamjaigarh block, 45 in Sarangarh, 41 in Baramkela, 22 in Tamnar, 40 in Lailunga, six in Gharghora, 28 in Kharasia, 20 in Raigarh and eight in Pusour.
