PGCIL Board okays Rs 4,824.12 cr investment in Mundra UMPP
New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) State-owned transmission utility Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) today said its Board has approved a Rs 4,824.12 crore investment for transmission system associated with Mundra Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP).
The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on September 17, has approved the investment proposal, with commissioning schedule of 48 months from the date of approval, a company statement said.
