Mel Gibson buys David Duchovny's Malibu mansion
Melbourne, Sept 22 : Hollywood actor Mel Gibson has bought an ocean-view mansion, previously owned by actor David Duchovny, in Malibu, California.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Gibson lives with his wife Robyn and their family in a guard-gated neighbourhood north of the home in Carbon Canyon that Duchovny and his wife had listed on June 1 at 14.5 million dollars.
The mansion spreads along the plot of 6111 square metres, and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The mansion has been bought for 14 million dollars, reports the Daily Telegraph.
It boasts two swimming pools and one a regulation lap pool, along with a two-room guesthouse over the three-car garage.
The 52-year-old actor has also scotched rumours of a romance blossoming between him and a glamorous Russian musician.
His spokesman Alan Neirob said that the reports suggesting that Gibson is going around with the musician Oksana are false.
