'Mad Men' and '30 Rock' among top winners at Emmy Awards
Washington, Sept 22 : 'Mad Men' and '30 Rock' were among the big winners at the Primetime Emmy Awards.
HBO series 'Mad Men' was named Best Drama while '30 Rock' was named Best Comedy at the ceremony, held in the U.S, reports People.
Between the Creative Emmy Awards on 13 September and Sept 21 ceremony, 'Mad Men' won six Emmys in total with '30 Rock' taking seven, including Best Comic Actor and Best Comic Actress for its stars, Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey.
HBO's miniseries 'John Adams' won 13 Emmys in total, including awards for stars Paul Giamatti, Laura Linney and Tom Wilkinson.
Glenn Close bagged Best Actress in a Drama award for her performance in 'Damages' while Bryan Cranston was the surprise winner of the Best Actor in a Drama award for his performance in the new series 'Breaking Bad'.
