Lucknow, Sep 20 (UNI) Alleging financial bungling to the tune of Rs 350-400 crore in plantation of trees in seven districts of Bundelkhand, the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee(UPCC) today lodged a police complaint against state Chief Secretary and other officers concerned.
UPCC President Reeta Bahuguna Joshi and incharge of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) cell Sanjay Dikshit today went to Hazratganj kotwali asking to file the FIR in this regard.
