PastaMania to open 50 outlets in India by 2012
New Delhi, Sept 19 (UNI) PastaMania, Singapore's largest Italian fast food chain, today said it has formed a 50:50 Joint Venture Company with city-based Franchise India Holdings Ltd, with the aim to open 50 special Pasta outlets in metros and mini-metros of the country by 2012.
'The acquisition is the first step of Franchise India's long term goal of investing into companies and ventures with potential, and create sizable assets by adding value to it over a few years by offering a gamut of innovative services,'' Franchise India President Gaurav Marya said in a statement.
The company has already launched three outlets in the country-- one each in Gurgaon, Pune and Ahmedabad.
