New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) Medical device firm Opto Circuits (India) Ltd today said it has signed an agreement to acquire European medical device maker for over 100 million dollars.
The Bangalore-based firm has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) towards this effect.
However, the name of the privately-held medical equipment maker has not been disclosed.
This is the company's second acquisition this year, following the purchase of US-based Criticare Systems Inc for about 70 million dollars, it said in a statement.
The company had acquired German stent maker Eurocor in 2006.
