Nicole Kidman feels blessed to have Sunday Rose

London, Sept 19 : Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman has said that she feels blessed to have a child at this stage of her life.

The 41-year-old actress for the first time opened up about her two month old-daughter Sunday Rose and says that to be blessed with a child at this stage of life is wonderful.

"To be given the blessing of a child at this stage of my life was wonderful," The Sun quoted Kidman, as saying.

"The birth went surprisingly smoothly. My mum was in Nashville with me.

"My parents suggested the name Sunday. Her middle name is a tribute to Keith's late grandmother.

"She looks like Keith. Her hair has a bit of a reddish tinge," she added.

However, the early stages of the pregnancy were not so easy for the Oscar winning star.

"I had horrendous morning sickness, and there were 14 or 15-hour days on the set. But I had to finish the film," she said.

The 'The Hours' star, who used to often have three films in hand, has now decided to put her family first.

"Whether the project you do succeeds or fails, it doesn't matter - you have your loved one," said Kidman.

"Now I have a very full, rich life that extends far beyond the film industry.

"I think it comes with decisions that you've made about what level of success you desire and what's important in your life.

"Work has to fit in with the logistics and dynamics of my family. I've worked since I was 17 and you go through ebbs and flows," she added.

Kidman also has two adopted children - Connor, now 13, and 15-year-old Isabella.
