CRPF officer, 19 policemen among 50 injured in Kashmir clashes
Srinagar, Sep 19 (UNI) Fifty people including a senior Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) officer and 19 police personnel were injured in clashes after Friday prayers in different parts of the city.
Official sources said pro-freedom agitators clashed with the police in different parts of the city this afternoon.
They added 50 people were injured in these clashes.
A police spokesman confirmed that a Deputy Commandant of 46 batallion of CRPF S K Mall and 19 police personnel were among the injured. He said two of the critically wounded personnel were admitted to Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura.
