''On noticing doubtful activities of a youth, the cyber cafe owner informed the police last evening,'' sources said, asserting that the police reached the cafe in civil clothings and arrested the youth, who during investigation, disclosed his identity.
''The youth has been identified as Hasan Nafeez, resident of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and was surfing websites of some militant organisations when the police held him,'' a senior police official told UNI.
