New Delhi, Sep 17: Vital clues regarding Delhi blasts have been gathered by the Chandigarh CFSL (Central Forensic Science Lab) team on Wednesday, Sep 17. The team has revealed that the fingerprints prints gathered from Central Park and Ghaffar Market are similar, implying that one person was behind both the bombs. These clues have proved vital for the investigation. However, it is still unclear whether the fingerprints are of the bomb maker or the planter.

The imprints were found on the bomb planted at Central Park, which was defused by the bomb squad, and on a piece of wood that might be probably part of the box containing the bomb.

The detailed report of the CFSL will be submitted by Monday, Sep 22 or Tuesday, Sep 23.

The Delhi Police on Tuesday, Sep 16 released five sketches of three accused of the Delhi blasts on Saturday, Sep 13. The sketches are based on the description given by the five eye witnesses whose names are kept secret. Four sketches released are of the two suspects of the Barakhamba Road blasts and one sketch of the suspect of the Ghaffar market blast. There are efforts by the Police to release the sketches of the accused of the Connaught place and G K Market blasts.

The Police has appealed to the public to identify suspects and inform the Police on 1090.

The Delhi Police is working in tandem with Gujarat and Rajasthan Police to search suspects of the Delhi blasts.

The police also revealed that they have evidence to prove that two persons named Subhan and Tauqir are the masterminds behind the bombing plot.
