Gallagher's injury may force Oasis to drop American leg of world tour
London, September 16 : Oasis' lead guitarist, Noel Gallagher, might abandon the American leg of the band's world tour - as he is still bedridden following an onstage assault.
The band has already cancelled many of its gigs due to the attack on Gallagher, who is now recovering in a New York hotel room.
Pushed over during the band's performance at the V Festival in Toronto, Canada last Sunday, the rocker reportedly has several injuries and can barely walk.
The star, writing on the band's official blog, even admitted on having acupuncture for a speedy recovery but in vain.
"Went for some acupuncture earlier. Doc says it might help with straightening myself up. Can't see it but I'll try anything to make the gig happen," the Daily Express quoted Gallagher, as stating on his blog.
"The guy's not a miracle worker. He is a funny little Chinese man though. He greeted me by saying, "Come in, don't worry, be happy!" KILL ME NOW!!! Didn't work.
"Still feel pretty stiff. I'm walking like an old man," he added.
