New Delhi, Sep 16 (UNI) Three days after the serial blasts in the capital, Delhi Police today released the sketches of three suspects, allegedly involved in the three blasts at Connaught Place and Karol Bagh areas.
No sketches have been prepared of any suspect involved in the other two blasts in Greater Kailash, Delhi Police spokesman Rajan Bhagat told the media this evening.
''Of the five sketches released, one is of the suspect involved in Karol Bagh's Ghaffar Market area blast, while the other four are of the two suspects who carried out the blasts at Barakhamba Road area of Connaught Place.'' Two sketches each of the two suspects involved in the Connaught Place blasts have been prepared on the basis of details provided by a number of witnesses, he said, adding that this was done to avoid any 'slip' in getting to the public to help us in informing about them.
''We appeal to the people to report anything about these men on our 'eye and ears scheme' number or toll free number 1090. Their identities would be kept secret.'' On the delay in bringing out the sketches, the spokesman said that the exercise involved several witnesses whose accounts were being incorporated. Hence.
''moreover, we kept fine-tuning the process to make the output closest to the real person involved.'' seeking people's help in identifying the suspects, the Delhi Police also said their cooperation was mandatory in bringing the accused to book.
