Mumbai, Sep 15 (UNI) Chandram Chavan has been re-elected chairman of the All India Banjara Seva Sangh (AIBSS).
The new executive of the Sangh will be announced in New Delhi on October 16, while the next convention will be held at Vijapur in Karnataka, under the chairmanship of AIBSS president and expelled BJP MP Haribhau Rathod, a release said today.
Recently, Mr Rathod had demanded seven per cent reservation for the Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribes along with implementation of Balkrishna Renke report.
He said that the Sangh will organise a morcha on October 15 in New Delhi to press for their demands.
