Karnal Cong MP alleges discrimination by CM Hooda

Panipat, Sep 14 (UNI) Venting his resentment against the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Congress MP from Karnal,Dr Arvind Sharma alleged that he was being discriminated by the CM in every matter including in recruitment in government services.

" I am given quota of 10-12 seats whereas other MPs get around 50 seats," he claimed.

Talking to mediapersons here last evening, Dr Sharma chided the police authorities at Rohtak for firing at the guest teachers and reiterated that the shots were fired by the police and not by the teachers as was being officially claimed.

Dr Sharma pointed out that though the government had lifted the ban on export of 1121 variety of paddy , but the variety had not been included in Basmati category and the farmers as well as traders would not get the desired benefits. Claiming that he raised the demand for exemption of toll tax for the residents of this district, he demanded the people residing in 10 km radius of Panipat city should be exempted from toll tax payment.

He disclosed that he would organise a Sarv-Jatiya Rally at Karnal on November 30.
