By Staff

Boise, US, Sep 14 (UNI) Arjun Atwal's title hopes vanished as the Indian fired a two-over 73 to be placed tied 25th in the penultimate round of the 725,000 dollar Albertsons Boise Open Nationwide Tour event here.

Chris Tidland shot a five-under 66 yesterday to join Bill Lunde 69 at the top at 13-under 200.

Atwal has a total of six under 207 and was trailing the joint leaders, Americans Chris Tidland and Bill Lunde by seven strokes.

In round three, Atwal birdied the second, 13th, 15th to return two over 73.

However, bogeys on the sixth, eighth, 12th, 16th and 17th ended his title aspirations.
