Two killed by maoists in Bihar
Hajipur, Sep 13: Armed Maoist ultras shot dead two brothers and wounded three others at Ghoswar village under Sadar police station area in Vaishali district late on Friday, Sep 12 night.
ADG (Headquarters) Anil Sinha said here today that about 30 armed Naxalites attacked the village and gunned down Subodh Singh (35) and Sudhanshu Singh (22), besides injuring three others.
The deceased were associated with the BJP, the ADG said.
The reason behind the attack was said to be a land dispute between two villages.
Senior officials have rushed to the spot and raids were on to nab the extremists, the ADG added.
