"The minute he (Vikram Bhatt) saw me he decided that I was perfect for playing the character of Arjun. When he narrated the script and he told me about Arjun's character I was sure that this was the kind of character I wanted to start off my innings with. Earlier I was getting a lot of offers of playing a romantic hero but somehow I wanted to start off with something very strong and challenging and one I heard the script I was totally in for it," said Rajneesh.

The film is also introducing a new heroine named Adah Sharma who seemed excited about her debut.
