Rajgarh, MP, Sep 11 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today held the Centre and its policies responsible for soaring price rise.
While addressing a public meeting at Machalpur, Jeerapur, Khilchipur, Rajgarh and Bioara, Mr Chouhan said inflation shot up after the United Progressive Alliance government came in power.
Alleging non-cooperation by the Centre to the state, he claimed that still the state government did not leave any stone unturned for successfully implementing development and public welfare-oriented schemes.
The work of joining Chambal, Kalisindh and Newaj rivers were in progress and if the BJP retained power then this endeavour would be accomplished, he added.
