CBI begins final argument in Brij Bihari murder case
Patna, Sep 11 (UNI) The CBI today began its final argument in a local sessions court in the murder of former minister Brij Bihari Prasad.
While starting its final argument the CBI counsel explained the FIR before additional District and Sessions Judge of Patna Vijay Prakash Mishra.
The former minister of Science and Technology Department was shot dead in the premises of Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science (IGIMS) at Patna on June 13, 1998.
LJP MP Suraj Bhan Singh alias Suraj Singh, MLA Vijay Kumar Shukla alias Munna Shukla, MLA Shashi Kumar Roy and former MLA Rajan Tiwari are among the accused facing the trial in the case.
