Governor's, R K Sanatombi awards presented

Imphal, Sep 10 (UNI) Governor's award and RK Sanatombi awards were presented in a function here today.

Governor Gurbachan Jagat and MP Rishang Keishing presented the awards to the winners.

Governor's award 2008 has been conferred on Konjengbam Jina, a student of RK Sanatombi Devi Vidyalaya.

The topper of HSLC exam, Romen Chongtham was also honoured.

The best teacher awards were given to Ngangom Kesho Singh and Oinam Ananda Singh.

Sportspersons awards went to Shoibam Sabharini, Khumukcham Tombi Devi, Nongmaithem Tombi Devi, Kangabam Mandakini Chanu, Laishram Bombayla Devi.

The physically challenged person award was given to Konthoujam Maikel Meitei and best traffic police award to Rajkumari Bimola Devi.
