4 students drown in dam

Raisen, MP, Sep 9 (UNI) Four students have drowned in dam in two separate incidents in this district, police said today.

Bhopal-residents Prashant Gupta (22) and Radhaswami (20) today drowned at Amchchakla dam near Bhimbhaitaka, 70 km from here. Five students had gone for a picnic at the dam when the incident occurred.

Earlier, two students drowned while taking bath in Satkunda dam, 35 km from here, last evening.

Bhopal-residents Kunal Bhargav and Gaurav Yadav had gone to the dam for picnic. Both went into deep waters although they did not know swimming.

Their bodies were fished out this morning.
