2 BJP MPs want to contest assembly polls
Patthalgaon, CG, Sep 7 (UNI) Two BJP MPs from Chhattisgarh have shown interest to contest assembly elections from Jashpur district.
State BJP President and Raigarh MP Vishnudeo Sai told reporters here yesterday that he would contest from Patthalgaon assembly seat if directed by the party. He said people from this area had requested him to contest from this seat.
Similarly, Sarguja MP Nandkumar Sai had expressed desire to contest from Kunkuri seat, from where he had won earlier also.
After delimitation, one assembly seat has disappeared and only three assembly seats left in Jashpur district.
