New Delhi, Sep 5 (UNI) Asserting that India had the knowledge of the letter of US Administration to Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Congress, the BJP today asked the Government to concede before the nation what further compromise it had made in the revised draft of the Indo-US nuclear deal that is before the Nuclear Suppliers Group.

BJP spokesman Prakash Javadekar said Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Anil Kakodkar had conceded that the India had knowledge of the letter that had surfaced. There has been amendments in the draft of the Indo-US nuclear deal and it is important for the government to tell the country what kind of concessions it had given to the US and the NSG in the amended version.

He said the BJP reiterating that it would renegotiate the deal if voted to power and had demanded immediate Parliamentary session to discuss the issue and had sought to bring a Privilege Motion against the government for misleading the people and the Parliament particularly by falsely claiming India had the right to conduct nuclear test whereas the US Administration was writing to the Congressmen that they would take back the nuclear fuel and equipment if India were to conduct nuclear tests. This letter had nailed the lies of the UPA government, he said.

He said as far as the BJP is concerned, it would never accept the 'second rate status' accorded to India. India according to the deal under consideration is barred conducting of all future N-tests which was not the case with all other Nuclear Weapons States. ''This kind of dicrimination is not can't be accepted,'' he said.
