TATA Motors launches Indica Vista in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sep 5 (UNI) The Tata Motors launched its new generation and the country's first fully indigenous car the Indica Vista model in the city today.

After launching the car, Head,Car product group, TATA motors Nitin Seth said the Indica Vista, which was launched first in 1998 went on to establish a leadership position in its class with category defining attributes to space, style, comfort, safety and fuel efficiency.

He said over 9.1 lakh Indica cars had been produced since then with over 1.127 million cars have been rolled off the platform. The Indica achieved its highest sale of 1,44,690, he added.

He said the Indica Vista car came with a segment of 24 months warranty and would be available in a range of seven colours through 170 dealerships across the country.

He said the car was being launched in seven variants, priced at Rs 3.46 lakh ex-showroom here for the 1.2L petrol safire at the low end going upto Rs 4.84 lakh ex-showroom for a top end 1.3L quadrajet.
