Bail plea of 7 SIMI activists rejected
Hubli, Karnataka, Sep 5 (UNI) The bail application of seven terror suspects recently arrested in Indore was today rejected by the District and Sessions First Judge V G Bopaiah.
The CoD Police, investigating cases relating to nearly 20 SIMI activists arrested in the state and elsewhere, produced the suspects before the court.
After hearing the objections filed by the public prosecutor, the court rejected the bail plea.
The CoD Police have already filed chargesheets against them.
Nasser, Adnan, Shibli, Dr Manroj Jamana, Mohammad Ansari, Nagori and P A Shadoli were accused of terrorist activities in different parts of the state and the country.
Recently the High Court, had rejected the bail plea of six other terror suspects.
