Seven die in Cement factory collapse, mob turn violent
Jaipur, Sep 3 (UNI) Seven people were killed and two injured when a portion of an unfinished construction in Grasim cement factory caved in, in Kotputli in Jaipur district early this morning.
Police said while five people died on the spot, two succumbed to injuries later. One injured was admitted to kotputli hospital and the other was being treated at the SMS hospital here.
Later a mob of factory labourers and locals protesting against the owners alleged apathy towards the victims, indulged in violence, pelted stones and damaged some vehicles outside the factory premises.
