Jaipur, Sep 3 (UNI) Harinder Pal Singh and Joshna Chinappa won the title of the Harish Chandra Memorial Rajasthan Open Squash Championship of men's and women's section respectively at the Jaipur Club here today.
Champion Harinder Pal SIngh retained his men's title by defeating Malaysian national champion Mohammed Asraf in three games by 11-4, 11-0, 12-10. Though, Harinder Pal Singh won two games easliy, in the third game Ashraf fought back and took 10-9.
Thereafter, Harinder Pal levelled the score by 10-10 and won the game by 14-12 to seal the victory.
It was the second consecutive title for Harinder Pal. The winner got Rs 75,000 cash prize.
Joshna outclassed local star Surbhi Misra 11-6, 11-9, 11-4 in the women's final. She won first game easily, but Surbhi gave some resistance in the seocnd game. However, Joshna won the third game easily.
But, Surbhi won the under girls title by beating Saumya Karki of Mumbai after losing two games by 6-11, 7-11, 11-8, 11-4, 11-8.

Under-19- Vikram Malhotra (mumbai) beat Ravi Dixit (dehli) 11-9, 8-11, 11-3, 11-9, Under-17 - Ravi Dixit beat Mahesh Mangoankar (mumbai) 8-11, 11-3, 11-5, 11-5 Under-15 - Mahesh Mangoankar beat Karan Tharyamal 11-5, 11-7, 13-12, Under-13 - Kush Kumar beat Raghav Mehotra 11-6, 11-9, 11-2 Women Section - Joshna Chinappa beat Surbhi Misra 11-6, 11-9, 11-4, Under-19- Surbhi Misra beat Saumya Karki 6-11, 7-11, 11-8, 11-4, 11-8.
