Etech Inc expands outsourcing business, acquires centre
Ahmedabad, Sep 2 (UNI) Etech Inc Texas, a global provider of outsourced customer contact services, announced that its subsidiary, Etech Inc India, has added an additional 5,000 seats to the global capacity of the business process services by acquiring the Tower IV at Infocity, Gandhinagar.
Etech's Vice President (Global Development) Jim Iyoob said ''The decision to grow capacity is driven by customer demand both in the US and in offshore markets, where we are able to offer cost effective, high quality labour without compromising quality of service or performance.'' ''The Etech's center in Gandhinagar has proven to our customers that our model for success works in an offshore market,'' he added.
The company has over 2,000 employees working within their six global contact centers -- Nacogdoches, Pasadena, Rusk, Lufkin, Texas, Gandhinagar and Baroda in India.
