200 Naga youth to work in Korea
Kohima, Sep 2: Nagaland government will send 200 educated unemployed youth to work in South Korean firms by October-November.
Addressing a press conference here yesterday Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio said that the initiative has been taken after talking to the Korean firms to give exposure to the youth, entangled in decades of insurgency.
Recently returned from South Korean tour Mr Rio said first batch of 200 youth would be selected by the Korean firms and would be given vocational trainings.
Korean experts would arrive here by October to taught them basic Korean language and working system, he added.
