Haryana to hold National Theatre Fest from Sep 3

Panchkula, Sep 1 (UNI) An eight-day 'Rashtriya Natya Parv' would commence here from September 3 with the staging of Rajrakt by Habib Tanvir of Bhopal-based Naya Theatre.

The festival, to be organised by North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Allahabad, North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala and Information and Public Relations Department, Haryana.

The other prominent plays to be performed include Andher Nagri by Atul Yaduvanshi of Swarag Rangmandal, Godan by Vijay Kumar of Manch, Karnakatha by Satyavart Raut of Triveni Sahai Samriti Sansthan, Kath Gulab by Devender Raj Ankur of Sambhav Art Group, Bhagwadjjukam by Alakhnanadan of Natt Bundele, Begum Jaan by Nadira Zaheer Babbar of Ekjut Theatre Group and Saiyan Bhaye Kotwal by Balwant Thakur of Natrang.
