Goan shooters have capacity to shine at International level- Naik

Panaji, Aug 30 (UNI) State Rifle Shooting Association President and MP Mr Shripad Naik today said, Goan shooters have talent and can make a name not only at the National level but at the International level too.

Citing the example of young shooter Abhinav Bhindra, Mr Naik said, one has to have dedication and lot of pratice to adjust to the game.

Mr Naik was speaking at the inauguration of Goa state Shooting Championship, organised by Rifle Shooting Assocation of Goa at Peddem Ground Mapusa in north Goa today.

''Shooting is a game of concentration.'' He called upon the youths to come forward and take up to shooting to make Goa and Goans proud by their performance Mr Naik added.
