Gammon Infrastructure bags Rs 207.55 cr order from Andhra govt
New Delhi, Aug 29 (UNI) Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd today said it has received the letter of allotment for a bridge project worth Rs 207.55 crore from Andhra Pradesh government.
The scope of work includes designing, constructing, financing, operating and maintaining on Build Operate Transfer basis of a major bridge across the river Godavari connecting Rajahmundry and Kovvur, a company statement said.
The total cost to complete the project has been estimated at Rs 800 crore.
The company will receive a total grant of Rs 207.55 crore from the Central and State governments during the construction and operation period of the project.
The concession period of the project is 25 years, including a construction period of three years, the statement said.
