Pawar forms party panel for Bihar flood relief work
New Delhi, Aug 27 (UNI) To make his party's presence felt in Bihar, Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) Chief Sharad Pawar has consituted a NCP Committee to undertake relief activities in the flood-affected areas in the state.
The 22-member committee of NCP leaders from Bihar, including Mr Karuneshwar Singh, former state minister, Mr Mohan Lal Aggrawal MLC and several other former MLAs, will visit the affected areas and organise relief camps.
The Comittee would also mobilise supplies of food and other items to the affected people, party spokesman D P Tirpathi said here today.
