Kochi, Aug 27 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today observed it had serious doubts over the stand taken by the CBI in the Sister Abhaya Murder Case.

Mr Justice V Ramakumar expressed the court's displeasure over the conduct of the case while the CBI counsel made an attempt to clarify they had received only one CD relating to the narco-anlaysis tests conducted on Father Jose Puthrikae, Father Thomas Kottur and Sister Sephy last year from Forensic Laboratory in Bangalore.

The court observed further action will be taken only after receiving the test reports from the laboratory.

The observation was made in the backdrop of the Laboratory authorities reporting to the Court earlier they had handed over three separate CDs of the tests to the CBI while the investigating agency maintained it got only one.

The body of the 21-year-old Sister Abhaya was found in the well of St Pius Convent at Kottayam in 1992.
